Question
Q1-Is it permissible to pray farz and sunnah salaat with paak shoes on when praying out side and are there any conditions mentioned in hadith for the salaat to be valid?

Answer
3rd Rabi-ul-Awwal 1425 - 22nd April 2004 Bismihi Subhanahu Wa Ta'aalaa

There is no doubt that if the shoes are paak (i.e. No impurity on them and not made of pig-skin or un-tanned leather - i.e. The skin or hide of Halaal animals has to be treated with a tanning agent or left to dry in the sun to the extent that the moisture is removed before it becomes paak) Salaat will be valid.

It is established from Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) and his Noble Companions (R.A) that they prayed with shoes (i.e. occasionally). (Sunan -An-Nasa'ee)

However, the regular habit and sunnah was to remove shoes before performing Salaah as this is more closer to humbleness.

(Ma'aarif-ul-Qur'aan - Hazrat Mufti M. Shafee Sb. (R.A) - Page 70, Vol. 6)
